I am an Emt and My Husband is a Critical Care Tech with our local Emergency Squad and we are thinking of naming Our new German Sheppard Puppy "Echo" because we want to train him for Search and Rescue. In the Emergency Service world Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, Delta and Echo; mean the same, basically it is a very serious call where a life is in jeopardy, it is a call that requires all available emergency personnel to respond usually someone is unresponsive or breathing inadequately!
