I just bought a Shih Tzu puppy for my 1 1/2 year old daughter and I am thinking to name him Beau. It is easy for her to say and it is just so darn cute!

Having named our puppy 'Bo', we are now regretting it immensely. It might be better when he's older, but 'Bo' and 'No' sound a LOT alike.

We just adopted a little white male dog; he was found lost in the country. Looks like he might be part poodle so the name Beau would be perfect - its French and means handsome or beautiful and is a good name for a boy or girl dog.
